Job Description:
In direct cooperation with our managers, you participate in all stages of our recruitment process:
Main tasks:
Definition of job profiles (IT specialists and Engineers).
- Preparation and distribution of job offers in accordance with the needs of managers.
- Candidates search via LinkedIn, GoldenLine, and other relevant tools.
- Identification and evaluation of potential candidates by phone.
- Scheduling interviews with managers.
- Monitoring all candidates for the office.
- You will as well be in charge of monitoring indicators (quantitative and qualitative) and weekly reporting.
- As part of the internal / external communication you may work on punctual and specific HR projects
Requirements:
- Graduated from human resources or business school with Recruitment specialty, you have a minimum of six months experience in recruitment
- With a real commercial ability, you want to develop your experience as a recruiter in high-tech projects for a fast growing company
- You are ambitious, quick learner, and have very good communication skills
- English (B2/C1) mandatory
