On behalf of our Client, international company located in Gdynia we are currently recruiting for the position of Recruitment Specialist.
Your new role
Recruitment Specialist will take responsibilities for identifying and managing talent pools of candidates, building pipeline based on requirements. The chosen Candidate will need to act as a point of contact for candidates, universities, career offices and recruitment agencies and carry out end-to-end recruitment process (job ads, interviews, communication with candidates). What is more on this position you will be responsible for preparing reports, maintaining and updating databases and participating in recruitment and employer branding events.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have excellent communication and organizing skills as well as the ability to work independently and take initiative and 1-3 years of experience in recruitment. Fluent proficiency in English is a must. We are looking for person with advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and extensive knowledge of recruitment methods. The successful candidate also needs to have strong interpersonal and team working skills..
