Due to further growth of our structures in Poland we are seeking a Recruitment Specialist (or Senior Recruitment Specialist) with German (m/f) for the Warsaw office (Zlote Tarasy).
The successful Recruitment Specialist (or Senior Recruitment Specialist) with German will be part of a newly created team dedicated to the German market and will have the opportunity to participate in plenty of trainings.
Description

Responsible for the recruiting project cycle from approaching the right candidates to ensuring that the assignment is completed on schedule

Active sourcing of candidates

Viewing and selecting applications
-
Performing online interviews with candidates
-
Close coordination with the sales department located in Germany

Maintenance of applicant data in the internal CMS
-
Together with the team building a sustainable candidate network

Actively presenting freelance profiles, preparing candidate recommendations

Involved in offer management, salary negotiations with candidates
-
Offering CV/interview/general career advice to candidates
Profile
-
Very good written and spoken German
-
At least good written and spoken English
-
A university degree (preferably in human resource, psychology)

Outstanding interpersonal/communication skills - verbal and written

Experience in HR/recruitment/customer service/sales

Enthusiastic, driven and persuasive

Comfortable building close relationships over the phone

Able to multitask and deliver to tight deadlines
