On behalf of our Client, multinational banking and financial services company, we are looking for Recruitment Project Manager (Talent Acquisition).
Your new role
The Sourcing Team is a team of experts providing services to Business, Hiring Mangers and HR Business Partners. As a Recruitment Project Manager (Talent Acquisition) you will be responsible for ensuring all resourcing activities for relevant country and region (working hours 12-20) adhere to the minimum standards required from a risk, control and governance perspective. Sourcing Manager will need to work in close partnership with the Resourcing Relationship Manager (who retains ultimate accountability for all governance) as well as the relevant Resourcing Specialist Delivery Hub teams and Senior & Specialist Hiring teams. Sourcing Manager will monitor dashboards, KPIs, SLAs and other relevant metrics to ensure ongoing compliance and best practice, proactively identifying areas of risk and proposing relevant solutions.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you need to have at least 3-5 years of experience in similar role, preferably in banking environment. Deep resourcing experience, understanding of resourcing-related risks, excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must. We also expect fluency in English.
