We are in the search for a Recruitment Partner for our client, a company that activates in IT field.
Your new role
- Responsible for creating and implementing recruitment strategy of the company;
- Managing recruitment projects end-to-end (e.g. profiling, sourcing, interviewing, admin);
- Liase with hiring managers and stakeholders at local and international level;
- Manage recruitment related reporting;
- Manage 3rd parties (external labour market relations, education institutions, recruitment agencies);
- Working on improving the employer branding and top talent recruitment;
- Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work;
- Coordinate with managers to forecast department goals and hiring needs, recruitment marketing.
What you'll need to succeed
- University/college degree;
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter preferable in IT domain;
- Hands-on experience with various recruitment tools/channels;
- Technical expertise with an ability and affinity to understand job requirements for IT roles;
- Advanced level English skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Maturity, proactivity and ability to work independently.
