Based on our dynamic growth , Hays has a current requirement for an experienced Recruitment Operations Manager, who will be accountable for overall performance of countries within a high profile RPO service for one of our main European Clients.
Responsibilities: Accountable for operational staffing delivery into specific countries in Europe; Operational management of recruiters working on positions in these specific countries ; Responsible for achieving account KPIs via management of recruiter performance on defined KPIs in these specific Countries; Evaluation of sourcing tools and interface with sourcing teams to ensure Hays can attract a wide variety of candidate profiles for our client Direct contact with senior client stakeholders to evaluate and enhance delivery; Interaction with Country sourcing teams to ensure strong support for country delivery; Responsible for conducting requisition review calls on weekly basis to discuss and recommend input needed to fill open requisitions; Close liaison with sourcing management and HTS account leadership to ensure Operational excellence in designated area.
We are looking forsomebody with a proven track record of delivering results at an experienced level within a client services environment; Experience of outsourced recruitment solutions, extended knowledge of sourcing channels and new trends & innovations in this area; Experience of leading teams and managing performance; Experience of operating and exceeding in target driven environments; Experience of continuous improvement; Leadership – Inspires and energizes others to achieve results; Communication and Impact on others; Builds engagement through active communication; Nurtures talent through investing time and energy in others; Commercial thinking and judgement; Understands key business drivers and the importance of using commercial acumen when making decisions; Fluent in English but fluency in additional European languages would bebeneficial
