A Shared Service Centre of an international, prestigious organization based in Poznań is looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager with fluent English.
Your new role
On this position you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership for region recruiting, translating global recruiting strategies into actionable plans and lead implementation across region, creating and executing on annual workforce plans. You will work with Director of Global Recruiting and site recruiting leaders
What you'll need to succeed
Successful candidates will have an 5 years HR experience, with at least 2 years of managerial experience on similar position, fluent knowledge of English and Polish. Moreover you should have a Master's Degree in HR. We are looking for candidates with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong regional and global relationships.
