Position purpose

We are looking for a talented Recruitment Process Lead to join our in-house Recruitment Team and help us in both hiring the best talents in the market and effectively utilizing internal resources against open positions.

 

Job description

 

  • Liaise with managers to identify personnel needs and candidate’s profile
  • Decide on adequate recruitment strategy
  • Recruit and select candidates for senior positions to meet the organization’s business needs, using external and internal sources
  • Provide regular and ad hoc reporting on recruitment activities
  • Promote Capgemini brand on the market
  • Take a holistic responsibility for redeployment process and internal moves
  • Single point of contact for directors and managers in reference to redeployment matters and internal mobility
  • Close cooperation with recruitment team in connection to internal transfers
  • Close cooperation with HRBP on redeployment related subjects
  • Effective utilization of existing tools for employees’ skills management

 

 

Candidate’s profile

 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate well across the organization, work collaboratively and build relationships with wide spectrum of stakeholders
  • Analytical and methodical approach to working, high degree of attention to details
  • Organizational skills, accuracy and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Self starter with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Flexible person able to work in a very dynamic environment
  • Highly dynamic individual, able to manage multiple assignments and priorities simultaneously and work under pressure
  • Ability to organize work effectively, to think ahead and to plan proactively
  • Business oriented, Client-focus attitude

 

 

Requirements

 

  • 5 years of experience in managing end-to-end recruitment projects
  • Experience in recruiting for senior technical/IT roles and managerial positions
  • Experience in practical application of labor law knowledge in the area of recruitment and redeployment
  • Experience in multinational corporation is a plus
  • University degree in Human Resources or related specialization is a plus
  • Very good command of English (written and verbal)
