For one of the Shared Services Centres of a multinational prestigious organisation based in Poznań we are looking for a Recruitment Department Manager.
Your new role
You will be responsible for management and leadership of a team of recruiters. Your task will be also to motivate them and act a s a role model while guiding them and helping to come up with the best strategy for sourcing candidates. Your significant experience will be utilised when maintaining and building relationships with internal clients and communication with other leaders in the company. Moreover you willlead hiring and evaluation processes.
What you'll need to succeed
As a successful candidate you will have a University degree, preferably in HR or related, speak English on fluent level and have leadership experience. Around 5 years of experience in the HR/recruiting area in the corporate environment will be advantageous. Personality-wise the ideal candidate will be a great communicator, excellent at developing people, supporting them and ready to share knowledge on recruiting strategies and processes.
