Our Client is looking for an experienced, motivated Recruitment Coordinatorto join their team on a permanent basis. This position is an exciting opportunity to make your mark in a business.
In this role as Recruitment Coordinatoryou will provide support to the Organisation and Talent Acquisition team. You’ll provide outstanding customer service, HR and administration support to the Organisation.
You will be responsible forchecking the quality of the job requisition details, publishing job adverts, scheduling interviews and AC/DC sessions. You’ll also attend to all HR administrative duties in an accurate, consistent and timely manner and be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. You will also manage offer letters and employment contracts, initiating pre-employment screening and reference checking processes. You will also need to respond to a variety of requests with a matter of urgency.
Your previous experience in a similar role as an HR Administrator or Recruitment Coordinatorideally with a background in HR or recruitment will lead to your success. Proficiency in business English and Spanish is a must.You must have exceptional computer literacy, highly developed organisational skills and maturity to handle a range of situations.
