Job description:

Mensys Group is currently looking to hire experienced Recruitment Consultants to join the office in Wroclaw, our second office in Poland (opening scheduled for April 2012).

The role of the Consultant includes identifying, developing and managing client business/ relationships in a competitive environment. This can be with businesses of all sizes from global multinationals to rapidly growing SME's.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Recruiting talents at all levels for permanent roles as well as for contracting roles.

- Develop and maintain the client base in Poland

- Maintain candidate records

- Proactively source, prospect, identify, and interview new and existing candidates

- Conduct initial phone screen interviews, in-house personal interviews with local candidates

- Conduct reference checks, negotiate salary, coordinate client interviews, close candidates, etc.

Requested Skills:

The ideal individual will have at least 2 years experience in the Polish recruitment market and a successful track record within the following areas:

- Headhunting and proactive search of candidates

- Full recruitment cycle experience in any industry is mandatory

- New business sales/ Business Development and client relationship building

It would be additionally beneficial if you already have an extensive network in the local industry.

Languages required: Fluent Polish and English; any additional European language is a plus
