We currently are looking for an individual to join the Hays Talent Solutions Team in Łódźon the position of:
Talent Resourcer/Talent Acquisition Consultant
Your role will bemaintaining the whole end to end recruitment process, starting from sourcing and contacting the right candidates with the use of sophisticated recruitment tools, conducting phone and face to face interviews, up to managing the offer process and relationships with clients. You will be responsible for assorted recruitment processes within the SSC/BPO sector on financial, logistic, procurement and customer service positions.
We are looking fora dynamic, self-motivated and pro-active person, who wants to actively build their own professional brand through participation in various market events, job fairs and by building relationships with local clients. Fluency in Polish and Englishis essential owing to international work environment, foreign clients and candidates. At least one year of experience in the recruitment field is required: self-reliance in daily work is vital. Knowledge of SSC/BPO market or another European language will be an asset.

You will have the chance to become an expert in a specific recruitment field on both candidate’s and client’s sides. You will work in our Łódź office in close cooperation with the team in Warsaw, which means weekly visits in the head office.
