Within our new client, we work in a blended version of MSP (managing temp workers) and RPO (filling in the perm positions) to assure the client of the best possible solutions for (temp) staff. Within out new client, we are a trusted recruitment advisor within specialist recruitment.
Your new role

What you'll need to succeed
English C1 Previous experience in recruitment is preferred Agility and flexibility in your daily sourcing tasks and engaging candidates, with a structured approach. Whilst never compromising on professionality, an open mindset, strong abilities of multitasking and good organization skills is needed. We value our team cohesion greatly and good team player, that motivates and encourages is a must. As a recruitment consultant attention to detail when dealing with candidates and daily task are essential.

Your new role

Your role will be to develop and deliver candidate attraction strategies. Duties and responsibilities will include and not limited to:
- Accountable for delivering suitable candidates to the workforce /demand plan
- Accountable for sourcing and attraction approach to ensure this meets the client requirements through the use of a variety of media
- Work in collaboration with Recruitment Partner (RP) on vacancy and advise RP on appropriate attraction methodology with the client
- Responsible for cost effective sourcing - directly from market or through advertising response or database mining
- Responsible for delivering against agreed timetables/SLAs/ratios
- If required, write advertisement and release to external job boards, responsible for ensuring compliance with legislation
- Send shortlist of candidates to Recruitment Partner or as pre agreed
