On behalf of our Client, a global Shared Service Center, we are seeking Candidates for the position of Recruitment Assistant with Italian or/and Spanish to join its team in Warsaw.
On this position you will be responsible for creating job requisitions in Taleo system, administrating talent pools, supporting managers in organization of assessment days, maintaining good relations with candidates, supporting on-boarding process and preparing offer letters for new employees. Additionally, Recruitment Assistant will cooperate with other departments and will seek opportunities for improvements in recruitment area.
We are looking for candidates with first experience in HR field, preferably in SSC environment. Very good knowledge of English, Italian or/and Spanish is required. The ideal candidate should have a very good communication and organisational skills.
