On behalf of our Client, a leading global expert network that serves hundreds of global financial institutions and Analysts worldwide, we are looking for Candidates for the position of Recruiting / Sourcing Analyst with English.
Your new role
The person in this position will be mainly responsible for identifying and recruiting industry professionals to participate in the consulting projects with Analysts from the global financial institutions such as hedge funds and consulting companies. This include contacting professionals via cold-calling, email campaigns, industry and networking referrals, professional associations and other relationships. The job holder will be also responsible for assessing Expert’s fit for a project and proactively expanding network of industry experts. Furthermore, Analyst will be responsible for analysing industry trends and network gaps.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you should have at least bachelor degree. Furthermore, you must have exceptionally strong communication skills, both verbal and written. The role holder also has to be able to build relationships with senior executives, has ability to cold-call and to multi-task as well as prioritize daily tasks. The successful candidate is a team player but also can work independently, and always pays attention to details. Sales or recruiting experience is preferred. Advanced level of English is a must. Other additional language will be an asset.
