Our Client is international financial institution expanding its French operations. Based on the dynamic growth they are looking for experienced Recruiter to work for French market.

Successful Candidate working on the position of Recruitment Specialist will be involved in all aspects of the recruitment process,from involvement in initial briefing calls with the business partner, suggesting attraction strategies and sourcing candidates through to arranging interviews and taking candidates through the offer process.

Your role will be todevelop and deliver candidate attraction strategies, implement new initiatives relating to candidate attraction, effectively manage the talent pool of Candidates, conducting interviews, short-listing appropriate Candidates, providing feedback and reporting activities. You will need to ensure that the recruitment SLA’a are met, while following Client compliance procedures.

We are looking formultilingual, dynamic professionals with strong abilities of multitasking, preferably with minimum1 year of professional experience in recruitment industry.

As you will be responsible forrecruitment projects conducted for French subsidiary, you need to be fluent in English and French.Additional European language is required. Moreover you will need to be a confident communicator who can build up excellent relationships with candidates and clients.
