HRO Personnel is a Human Resources service provider operating under number 6696. We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
Recruiter for Engineering Industry (inhouse)
The position will have full responsibility for end to end recruitment activity:
Business stakeholder engagement for aligned projects/business groups
Development of candidate sourcing plans
Direct candidate sourcing using multiple sourcing channels
Candidate screening and shortlisting
Offer negotiation
Activity tracking via recruitment technology platform
Requirements:
In depth experience as a specialist recruiter,
Ideally experience in conducting recruitment for Engineering Industry
Having practice researching, sourcing and networking to develop candidate pools
Proficiency in spoken and written English
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Taleo)
Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple deadlines
