Our Client is a cameral research company in the area of health and pharmaceuticals, based in the exciting City of Kraków. They are looking to recruit an experienced Receptionistto join their family.
This is an exciting opportunity where you will be the initial point of contact,both face-to-face and over the telephone for all visitors as well an important responsibility for ‘front house’. Not only will you take charge of that, you will also provide admin services to staff members, including events co-ordination and projects.You’ll always be kept busy with great new opportunities to take part in alongside team members.
Your duties will also include HR administration such as taking care of contracts, helping with onboarding process, managing employee’s benefit systems.What is more, you will be working closely with HR Business Partner and supporting HR teamwith job posting and potential employees search.
This is a great opportunity for Candidate with previous Office Coordination experience and interested in the field of HR.
We are looking for Candidate with very good English (B2/C1 is a must) and at least few months (ideally 1 year) of experience at similar role (Receptionist, Office Coordinator, Administrative assistant). Excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure of time and openness for new ideas are a must!
