For our Client, international company, who is opening a new SSC in Katowice, we are looking for Candidates willing to fill a position of a Rebate Specialist in OTC Team.
This position is assisting commercial team to process effectively rebates schemes & ensure contract/ agreement conditions are set in the system in accordance with final agreement and in full compliance with legal, accounting / financial & audit requirements. Working on this position, the Candidate will be held responsible for calculating, accruing and paying rebates. What is more, duties will also include providing reporting and proactive analytical support to accounting, Sales Force, auditors and external customers as it relates to Sales and Rebate/Incentive Allowance information & payments.
A successful Candidate should be fluent in English and have a university degree in the field of finance or accounting, as well as at least 4 years of relevant accounting experience. We require Microsoft Office fluent knowledge as well as high level of proficiency at the basic arithmetic. What is more, the Candidate should characterized by ability to work with a large volume of data with accountability and detail oriented.
