At the moment we are looking for:

- Be a Technical Product Leader in a project team for Electric Motor
- Challenge and coordinating the team of contributors (CAD, Lab, Proto, etc.)
- Negotiate of motor technical aspects with Customer (electrical and electronic interfaces, communication bus, etc.) in coordination with Electronic contributors
- Deeply understand all technical requirements and ensure that
the final product meets or exceeds all Customer requirements - Prepare, update and maintain all technical documentation (Technical Offer, Compliance Matrix, DFMEA, Design Validation Plan, Design Review, SPPC etc.)
- Make technical decision in line with product standards
- Be responsible and accountable for creating a Robust design of the electrical motor and its electronic and software interface (when required) with the vehicle
- Conduct the Design Reviews
- Order prototypes with the support of the prototype shop and launch tests with the support of Laboratory
- Challenge the product performance in terms of EMC, weight, waterproofness, noise, lifetime, reliability, etc.
- Engineering degree in electric / electronic / mechatronics
- Min. 3 to 5 years of experience on a similar position
- Experience in automotive industry or electrical industry
- Practical knowledge of D-FMEA
- Fluent English
- Other foreign language will be an advantage
- Problem-solving skills (knowledge of problem solving techniques like 8D, PDCA, DMAIC, A3 or other will be an asset)
