ROLE DESCRIPTION
Within the role of R&D Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of three. You drive the development process and actively develop new products and recipes. You also contribute to a streamlined production process, cutting costs and increasing efficiency. As R&D Manager, you report to the Commercial Director. Short communication lines within the company ensure your voice is heard. Working in day shifts, you also keep in touch with clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Leading and inspiring a team of three
• Developing new products and recipes in close cooperation with the marketing and quality control departments
• Streamlining production processes, cutting costs and increasing efficiency
• Communicating with clients
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor-level degree in Food Science or Process Engineering
• Operational R&D experience
• Experience with food development
• Strong Dutch and English skills required, German is a plus
• Proven leader, communicative but decisive personality, a result-driven teamplayer
