ROLE DESCRIPTION

You will be responsible for for management of the R&D portfolio to ensure delivery of R&D’s strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Management of R&D portfolio:
• Collect, compile, analyse & share R&D portfolio
• Perform portfolio analyses with the new Project and Portfolio Management tool (PPM)
• Strengthen project portfolio management within R&D
• Coordinate R&D resources management (time-tracking, rolling forecast)
• Train local end users together with Key users
• Communicate and promote UDRIVE use : newsletters, FAQs, system data consistency
• Prepare & facilitate (additional) training session(s) for key and end users
• Coordinate and maintain local key user community
• Support management team on ad hoc reports using Artemis information
• Engage, train & enforce project management process prior, during & after deployment
REQUIREMENTS
o Master degree in Food Science & Technology or Life Science
o > 3 years of relevant work experience in innovation project & portfolio management
o Fluency in English (written and spoken)
o Strong analytical skills
o Adaptable and able to work in autonomy
