THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Medical Devices organization, based in Antwerpen Belgium.
This modern company is focusing on the development of new devices. There is a informal atmosphere and the teams are multidisciplinary.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As R&D manager you will be responsible for the day to day organisation of you team. You will make sure that you have a overview of the different projects within the R&D department and you will report to the R&D Director and other managers. The focus will be leading your team and making sure that the targets will be achieved.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communication between other line managers
- Evaluate new product parts incl. product report
- Lead your R&D team
- Evaluate / improve new product parts incl. product report
REQUIREMENTS
- 4 year plus work experience within the Medical Device industry
- English fluently, Dutch is a plus
- Understanding of the quality requirement and risk management
- Knowledge of Medical Device products and the development of this
