Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Belgium.
Very interesting multinational in food, dealing mostly with food B2B. More than 45 plants worldwide.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Looking for a strong people manager, who need to be able to manage short projects as well as long term projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Looking for a R&D Project Manager with experience in the food B2B industry
- You will manage the day to day activities of the R&D Project Managers. The projects include: management of NPD projects from prototyping to industrial product
- Leading of projects yourself will also be one of your responsibilities
- Providing Technical Sales (support) to suppliers and clients
- Able to develop new innovative products, you will work in close collaboration with Marketing, Sales and R&D project managers
- You will manage a team of three R&D technologists - Within the company you are responsible for the Belgium market
REQUIREMENTS
- Master degree in Bio Engineering
- Minimum of 6 years experience within the R&D Food industry
- Applied R&D product development experience
- People management skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English
