Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
This client is big in dairy ingredients, owning some of the largest production plants around. For this, they continuously seek experiences professionals who can share their knowledge and improve the on-going processes. Innovation is their key to success.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As freelance industrial technologist, you bring your expertise onto the industrial plant. You manage projects and connect the dots between the different plants. For this, you're a disciplined planner and you work very clearly, allowing colleagues to trace your steps. Besides supporting product development, you improve on-going projects and participate in cross-functional teams. Communication among different departments (Quality, Technology) runs through you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Aiding the industrial production of dairy ingredients
• Offering R&D technical support
• Managing product development
• Facilitating communication between different teams
• Self-motivating and supporting the teams
• Monitoring performance, stepping in when necessary
REQUIREMENTS
• Master of Science in Food Technology or similar
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant Food R&D experience
• Experience on an industrial scale
• Minimum of 5 years of (international) project management experience
• Communicative personality, disciplined, dynamic, assertive
• Fluent English and Dutch
• Willing to travel between plants
