Our Client is international Company, one of the leaders in automotive sector. Currently we are looking for experienced Candidates for R&D Engineer position.

The person working on this position will be responsible for coordination of all R&D actions connected with development of new and/or modified products: ensuring right technical parameters of components needed in production process (projects, transfers and production changes), validation of projects, obtaining and analysis of clients and internal needs as well as external constrains connected with products, preparing and keeping up to date all technical data files ( drawings, standards) in cooperation with production lines. Candidate will be also responsible for cooperation of all R&D actions connected with the project in the project team and in other R&D teams and coordination of prototypes production and tests, results analysis and taking correction actions if needed.

To be successful on this position you need to have master’s degree in technical area and experience on a similar position preferably in automotive/production company. The ideal Candidate should have very good knowledge of FMEA to identify potential failure modes and ability to read technical drawings. Very good English knowledge is a must. The person on this position should have also ability to cope with stress, customer orientation and accuracy with precision.
