THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Utrecht Netherlands.
The client develops and hosts physician portals and related mobile applications that make it easier for physicians and healthcare professionals to access clinical reference sources.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The client is seeking an individual interested in working in the medical education field.The R&D director is responsible for creating content for continuing medical education program.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of assigned topics/therapeutic areas, including understanding important clinical issues and industry trends.
- Being present at various international conferences to attend studio recordings for media-based programs, attend key sessions of the conference, and meet with the KOLs.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Maintain friendly and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bacherlor's degree in a medical or science related specialty
- Must be willing to travel (approximately 35% of the time).
- At least 6 years of work experience in related position
- Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
