For our Client, a well – known international producer from FMCG industry, we are currently looking for a person who will join its structure on a dynamic position of Raw Materials Lead Buyer.
Reporting directly to Procurement Director, the person in this role will be in charge of purchasing of raw materials, packing materials and SAP data administration. He/she will ensure that appropriate procurement strategies are realized and develop them in a coordinated way with the Global Procurement guide line. This position involves also cost and price forecast management and conducting external industry and market analysis for his/her group of materials. Moreover, the Candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed cost analysis and coordinating saving programs while supporting innovation and new products development.
To be a successful Candidate, you should have at least 5 years of experience in business function, connected with procurement and at least a bachelor’s degree in business or finance. Professional knowledge of purchasing, negotiation, financial analysis, problem solving and project management is a must. Experience gained in matrix and global organization from FMCG industry is also very welcome. What is more, a perfect Candidate would have a fluent command of English and SAP program. Analytical mindset, strong, hands – on attitude and excellent communication skills are essential to be successful on this position. Additionally the candidates should present cooperative work style and openness for frequent business trips and even relocation (in case of promotion).
