We are looking for a person to hold the position Quotation and Order Handling Specialistto global service center in GdaÅ„sk. It’s a global leader in the offshore and marine industry.
New role
As Quotation and Order Handling Specialist you will be responsible for creating quotes to customer, replying to customer inquiries within agreed time frame, updating the system according to latest information and cooperating with technical CC/support team when needed. You will be a person who will be controlling sales price based on internal pricing tools, assisting purchasing with technical questions from suppliers. Regular follow up and report on open quotations with significant value in your area, follow up on open quotations and follow up on order packed/not delivered with the branches will be important tasks for this role.
Our requirements
To be the best candidate for this role you will need to have min.1,5 years of experience connected with similar positions and commercial/technical Bachelor degree or equivalent through experience. Fluent English, computer skills, SAP experienceis a must.
