- analyzing, monitoring improving the process and performance of the employess and consultants
- analytical skills, communication, business-oriented
- contact and maintaining relationships with the supervisors, quality assessments
- process management in a timely manner
- Working with languages on a daily basis in a friendly lively atmosphere!
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient level of German (min. C1/C2/Native)
- Min. 2 years experience in contact center, as a coach, analyst, agent in process management and quality contact and performance with business clients,
- Soft and analitical skilss
- Polish is not required
- Ability to work in a multicultural dynamic environment
- Open-minded attitude
- Ability to work full-time in a week
- Ability to incorporate and start from Middle of May/June/July 2016
