Quality Manager

Miejsce pracy: Żarów

Duties:
1. Quality Management System
• Setting up the manual site procedures and the drafting of the operating instructions.
• Performing audit system, plans and implements the activities of internal audit processes and functional areas.
• Participating in the review activities of the Quality System and oversees the report preparation.
• Managing and performing analysis of preventive / corrective actions, not Compliance by Customer and Supplier. Drafting of action report.
• Analysing the costs of non-quality care, preparing reports
• Monitoring the quality of supplies
2. Process and finished product
• Collaborating to the department of new products
• Managing and carrying qualifications products
• Managing the activities of verification process and product
• Managing the quality control of the material
3. For external Relations
• Care for relations with the customer for all the problems of a qualitative nature in collaboration with Sales
• Care for relations with the Supplier in collaboration with Logistics.
• Care for Compliance by Customer and Supplier.
• Managing relationships certification in cooperation with the authorities

4. Training, involvement of all personnel and operating features
• Performing actions and training programs for all staff explaining and raising awareness in both general and specific terms as far as the responsibility of each unit is required by the Quality Management System, in order to ensure the proper introduction and application of what management system provides.
• Providing support in the definition of the organizational structure.
• Identifiably develops solutions appropriate organizational procedures.
• identifiably training needs of staff in the implementation of the System.
• Detecting and participating in defining the information needs within the Company.

5. Personnel management
• Managing staff in accordance with company policies and with the assistance of staff in order to help maintain a climate favourable to the achievement of the objectives of the Unit.

 


Requirements:

• Higher technical education
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in the production company
• Fluent knowledge of English (Italian will be a plus)
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008
• Knowledge of standards of other Quality Standards, Safety and Environment
• Knowledge of Processing technologies and Manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of: mechanical and electrical engineering, technical drawing
methods: 8D, issue resolution, non-conformities management, FMEA, PC
descriptive statistics (histograms, position indexes, correlation), Xr chart, CP, CPK
• Methodologies and instrumentation control
• Willing to business travel
• Analysing skills; the ability to synthesize data
• Team management skills
