Our client, an international FMCG Production company, is looking for a Quality Manager for a 8 month project with the possibility of a permanent contract.
The key roles and responsibilities in this position include implementing the new technology into current factory with the highest quality corporation standards, providing training and support for new staff, as well as ensuring that appropriate inspection and test plans are in place. You will be also accountable for creating all needed documentation to ensure that project processes meet (or exceed) the requirements of the BRC, GHP/GMP and HACCP.
In order to be successful candidate, your professional profile should include a formal qualification in Quality Management Food Technology or equivalent, good knowledge and practical experience of developing, implementing and improving Quality Management Systems to BRC or similar system, as well as good experience of working in cross-functional teams as every day cooperation with production, technicians, engineering to support the success of relocation technologies and products in line with the required quality. A substantial practical experience in quality management in food industry (3-5 years) will be required, along with competences in quality management and experience in change management. The candidate should also have practical and theoretical knowledge on Quality System (BRC, GMP/GHP. HACCP and SAP) and very good command of English in both written and verbal communication. You will be also expected to demonstrate root cause analysis and problem solving capability.
