THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Medical Devices organization, based in Switzerland.
This company operates globally and manufactures Class II and Class III medical devices.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In the position of Quality Assurance Manager, you will lead complaints evaluations, act as the first point of contact for internal and external auditing of the Quality Management System. The challenge in this role is to own all the processes and to find creative ways to meet the requirements with a hands-on approach in an open mind/straightforward environment and where everybody has the same goal to find new ways for innovative development around the globe.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up SOPs (with suppliers)
- Take care of CAPAs
- Leader of the Quality Assurance team
- See the need for training in teams and react to this
- QMS maintenance
- Report to the Director Quality Global
REQUIREMENTS
- Profound knowledge of ISO 13485 and ISO 9001
- Knowledge of IEC 60601
- Experience with FDA 21 CFR 820
- Able to interact with all different departments within the company
- Strong people skills
- Technical education
- Fluent English, proper command of French is a big plus
