THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Gelderland Netherlands.
The company is a mid-sized family business specialising in convenience food concepts.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Quality Manager, you are responsible for product quality and food safety on the production site.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing and implementing Quality policies and systems.
- Standardising Quality SOPs and ways of working.
- Creating awareness for Quality within the organisation.
- Responsible for audits.
- Coordinating and participating in various continuous improvement projects.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Food Technology, Analytical Chemistry, Food Quality Management, or similar.
- At least 5 years experience with Quality Control or in an operational Quality Assurance role.
- Experience with HACCP, BRC and IFS.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
