Your next position
Quality manager plans, direct and coordinate the operations of quality department. But in this case, his/her role is to be involved in the first transfer and build such a department from scratch. Firstly there will be no directly reporting people. Quality Manager will report directly to Site Manager and cooperate closely within greenfield with Manufacturing Manager. The areas that will report to QM in the end of a day will be: Product Quality & Continuous Improvement, Audit and certification, quality & environment, training engineer and Health & Safety.
What competencies do you need?
Technical higher education or relevant work experience, documented leadership and management skills, ability to influence changes, performance management skills, strong English language skills and 2-3 year experience on the position of manager, leader or coordinator of quality in automotive or/and electronics industry. Experience with a greenfield will be an asset.
