quality manager

Responsibilities:
- managing the Laboratory, supervising quality control tests, control of measurement
- equipment and test used, as well as the inherent analysts tasks
- define the process procedures for Quality Management and review of the rest of the related documents
- coordinating the implementation, warranty and maintenance of the QMS
- aapplying and enforcing procedures (Non-Conformance, Corrective Action, Preventive Action and Improvement)
- printing and checking the quality reports to customers apply for consignments
- managing product specifications and compliance with customer requirements
- actively participating in the implementation and maintenance of the Food Safety System and in the continuous improvement activities
- cooperating with managers to supervise and follow up quality standards in all departments to ensure that the set quality standards are achieved
- coaching and working on development of employees to ensure their competences, skills
- cooperation with external services
- responsible for budget and law aspect of quality department
- overseeing compliance with the safety and standards, internal rules and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for the employees with a safe and correct production process
- Prepare monthly Quality Report and comply with the policy defined by the Board of the Company
- technical university degree
- at least 3 - 5 years of relevant quality experience on Manager position (head of department or similar) – FMCG or chemical industry
- food quality background
- fluent English, both written and spoken
- excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
