Your main responsibilities will be:
• Ensuring implementation of new IATF 16949 (ISO/TS 16949) norms in the company
• Reviewing all production methods and procudures for compliance to quality standards - preparing the company to obtain the IAFT 16949 certificate
• Monitoring of quality activities in accordance to set standards by company’s policy and regulations
• Determining the necessary procedures within the teams and implementation of them in the whole production process
• Overseeing of Quality Management System
• Supervision of quality activities and trying to implement improvements
• Performing process audits on production lines
• Closely collaborating with the Quality Engineer and the Management Teams.
What is required?
• Automotive industry background in the professional career
• Experience in the implementation of IATF 16949 (ISO/TS 16949) norms
• A huge knowledge and work experience at ISO standards and quality engineering in the automotive industry
• Good communication skills, proactive, positive approach and team spirit abilities
• Very good English skills – both written and spoken.
