THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Medical Devices and Pharmaceutical organization, based in Limburg Netherlands.
The company designs, develops and manufactures packaging solutions for client specific requests, for protection of high quality Medical Devices and Pharmaceutical products.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this broad Quality role, you will fulfill the key position in the quality team. You will focus on the improvement of the quality processes and will guard the quality within the company. You will execute improvement projects, and follow them closely. You will also be in close contact with internal managers and employees, but also with external stakeholders, for instance auditors, clients and suppliers. In this role you will be responsible for the composing and guarding of the quality aspects, for both products and processes. Meeting and exceeding requirements of both ISO and internal/external requirements is key.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development and implementation of Quality Tools, FMEA, SPC, MSa and Control Plan
- Data management and analysis for the tracking and control of processes
- Avoiding of deviations in processes
- Support in Client complaints (8D approach)
- Support of leading in audits
- Executing process validations
REQUIREMENTS
- 4-7 years of experience in QA
- Experience with quality methods, for instance Statistical Process Control and measument techniques
- Good knowledge of ISO9001/11607/13485
- Audit experience in ISO9001
- Good knowledge of English, Dutch and German
- Can do mentality
- Hands on attitude
- Trouble shooter
- Pro active
