Quality Engineer
Miejsce pracy: Bielany WrocławskieDuties:
- Conduct multiple projects throughout production life
- Support Engineering in Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
- Develop, implement and maintain Statistical Process Control techniques
- Assure compliance of the documented quality system (ISO/IATF16949) and promote consistency throughout the organization
- Maintain complaint log, facilitate and participate in the problem-solving process
- Instruct and train personnel in techniques and use of audit and testing devices
- Monitor and revise quality documentation as required
- Visit suppliers when necessary, agreed control plans and align measurement methods.
- Review all production methods for compliance to quality standards and for improvement of product and quality standards
- Perform all responsibilities with ISO/IATF 16949 system requirements
Requirements:
- Engineering background from a technical university
- Professional experience gathered from a similar position, preferably in automotive
- Advanced knowledge of core quality tools (APQP, FMEA, CP, MSA, SPC, PPAP) and deployment methodology
- Experienced with control devices and measuring techniques
- Advanced knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 / IATF 16949:2016
- Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Knowledge of problem-solving methodology (8D, DMAIC, DFSS)
- Experience with SAP
- High interpersonal skills, a strong communicator with a positive and open mind
- Proactive and have a keen perception, a strong team spirit and can build relations and cooperate across borders and cultures
- Proficient in written as well as spoken English
