My client is a leading manufacturing comapny based in sorrounding area of Wroclaw looking for Quality Director to join their product team.
Opis stanowiska
I am working with a long-established business who are looking for a Quality Director to;
- take ownership of the group's quality management system
- act as a technical consultant for the wider business around quality and responsible sourcing
- lead, implement and maintain the quality policy to ensure continuous maintenance and improvement
- ensure robust links within the sector to develop best practices and allow transfer of knowledge maintain a constant awareness of the business performance and company profitability
- ensure compliance with national and international standards and ISO TS
- define processes and procedures for the area
- manage third party providers of technical testing
- collate and analyse performance data against defined parameters
- product technical and management systems reports
- supervise the internal auditing programme
- liaise and work alongside the wider product team
- lead and support cross-functional projects to ensure quality and performance is maximised
Profil kandydata
The right candidate will;
- has solid experience within a quality role
- has experience in transformation form quality control to quality assurance
- has proven ability to think operationally and has a clear understanding of the principles of quality management
- has strong communication skills at all levels
- is able to build strong relationships across the sector
- is experienced in dealing with overseas supplier
- has an analytical approach with strong organisational skills
- has a proven ability to deliver results
