Quality Claim Administrator
Miejsce pracy: Siechnice, Wrocław
Main tasks:
- handling technical customer claims
- receipt and first technical assessment of a claim (e.g. identity checks, dimensional checks, severity assessments)
- initiating stock inspections
- initiating temporary special activities to ensure quality
- initiating replacements to the customer
- evaluation of special inspection results
- supporting causing entities in problem solving
- checking 8D reports / reworking, if necessary
- documenting claims & actions in relevant data bases
- supporting reporting activities
- supporting claim database maintenance
- project work to optimize processes
- directly reporting to and supporting the Division Quality Claim& IMS Manager
Qualifications:
- technical or master degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
- profound knowledge in quality management tools and methods (8D, Six Sigma, SPC, PFMEA)
- solid experience in all office applications,
- strong analytical and data driven approach,
- demonstrated experience in managing complex projects needed
- must be prepared to travel occasionally
- excellent Polish and English language knowledge
- basic German language knowlege
