Our client is a professional Medical Devices organization, based in Groningen Netherlands.
They are an innovative Dutch company who are specialized in the development and production of medical devices.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a quality officer you will contribute to a dynamic an fast growing organisation with a good working environment. You will be trained and go trough a working integration process so you can work at your full potential.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a quality officer you will be advising management, to create the highest possible production- and process quality in an innovative production cycle. You will secure the production as well as the support processes and you will assure their product quality.
• In case of a deviation you will determinate de cause and formulate the correct and preventive measure
• Collect feedback of the customers and you are responsible for the complaints handling
• You are partly responsible for maintenance of the quality management system
• Conducting extensive risk assessments
REQUIREMENTS
• Technical BSc
• Knowledge of quality systems in a production environment (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, USA’S QSR)
• Preferably +-5 years of experience in a comparable position
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (Europe, USA) or the will to do studies and trainings
• Excellent communicative and analytic skills
• Well-spoken in Dutch and English
