• Dealing with operational quality issues by acting as a point of contact for operations.
• Process and investigate incoming complaints.
• You report to the Quality Responsible and work in a day shift.

As a Quality Assurance Officer you will be responsible for the continuous monitoring of the quality of the batches. You will work together in a small team of professionals. Within this role you will work on the QMS, internal- and external audits and perform batch reviews. The role as Quality Assurance Officer will be temporary for a period of 6 months.Responsibilities
• Management and continuous improvement of the quality systems by correctly translating the processes into SOPs and keeping them up to date.• Apply the quality guidelines by preparing and supervising external audits, but also carry out and follow up internal audits.

Requirements
• Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry in a Quality role• Knowledge of GMP regulations
• Knowledge of quality management systems
