THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Drenthe Netherlands.
The company is specialized in dairy products for the retail industry.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As QA Manager, you will be responsible for product quality in 2 sites (in Drenthe and Groningen). You will manage the quality teams on both sites and work closely with Sales and Production. You will report to the Board.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining quality standards for 2 sites.
- Managing the site quality teams.
- Conducting internal audits and supporting external audits.
- Handling customer complaints and product recalls.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology or similar.
- At least 5 years of experience with Quality Assurance in the food industry.
- Experience with HACCP and food safety law.
- Experience with auditing and customer complaints.
- Experience with packaging is an asset.
- Willingness to travel between Drenthe and Groningen.
