THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Zuid-Holland Netherlands.
The company is listed in the EVMI Food Top 100 and is one of the major players in the bakery industry.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Quality Assurance Manager, you are responsible for food safety and product quality in a plant of about 150 employees. You will also take an active role in continuous improvement and maximizing efficiency while maintaining a high standard of quality. The Quality Assurance Manager is part of the factory MT and reports to the Plant Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing and maintaining the quality management system.
- Contributing to continuous improvement projects.
- Ensuring compliance with quality norms within the production.
- Creating a culture where quality is paramount.
- Handling complaints.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology.
- At least 5 years of experience as QA Manager in the food industry.
- Experience with HACCP, BRC, IFS, GMP and SKAL.
- Experience with TPM and/or Lean Six Sigma.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
