THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
The company is specialized in various savoury products, including sauces and soups. It is a young and rapidly expanding company with a focus on organic products. It produces mainly private label products for the retail and foodservice industry.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The QA Manager safeguards food safety and product quality and contributes to R&D and CI projects. He or she will lead a department of Quality Officers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing the Quality Department.
- Implementing and maintaining quality management systems.
- Coordinating and conducting audits.
- Contributing to R&D projects.
- Liaising with suppliers, authorities and clients on quality matters.
- Contributing to continuous improvement projects.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology or similar.
- At least 5 years of experience with QA in the food industry in a leadership position.
- Experience with quality management systems and R&D projects, experience in packaging is a plus.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
