Quality Assurance Engineer

Main responsibilities:
- Keeping the quality systems (FMEA’s, APQP, PPAP, Control Plans and customer-specific requirements) in production
- Setting and maintain Control plan, monitor and evaluate execution of Control plan
- Review and implementation of specific requirements of customer, both in the internal organization and at suppliers, advises in case of deficiencies
- Ensuring that product quality is according customer expectations
- Performing statistical analysis and trend data monitoring
- Support on the area of process control, both internal as external (customer / suppliers)
- Responding and follow up on customer complaints in 8D-reports, QRF’s, NCR
- Investigating root causes, making proposals for corrective and preventive measures and follow them up in an action plan
- Conducting internal process and system audits, analyse and report results, follow up action plan
- Supporting and guide external audits by customers and follow up action plans
- Ensuring documentation control and revision on shop floor level
- Evaluation / calibration of the measurement systems and tools
- Definition and maintenance of visual standards
- Registering, monitoring and deciding on non-conforming material and products
Requirements:
- Higher technical education (engineer degree, preffered education in the field of mechanics, automation or electrotechnics)
- Experience in working in the automotive industry in the quality area
- Knowledge of English on the level, which enables easy communication (oral and written)
- Willingness to frequent business trips
- Knowledge of ISO / TS and VDA requirements, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 6Sigma Green Belt problem solving, Statistics
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility
