Quality Analyst - Trainer

Responsibility Summary: The training/Quality analyst is responsible for the training of new hires, the cross training of existing associates and reviewing the quality of work performed by all associates in Customer Finance. Specifically, will do the following activities:

  • Review completed work for each assigned individual and audit for quality using the standard department guidelines. Document notable accomplishments as well as areas for opportunity and apply a score to the monthly audit. Notify Managers and Supervisors of any trends.
  • Create and conduct training sessions for all new hires and create an assessment of their performance which is handed off to the supervisor after the training process is completed.
  • As requested by the Customer Finance managers cross train associates in functions they are not familiar with to create production flexibility for the managers.

Key Accountabilities:
  • 70% Reviewing quality of new hires and existing employees
  • 20% Training new hires
  • 10% Cross training existing associates.

  • Critical Skills/Knowledge:
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications skills required. Proficient in all existing Customer Finance systems.
    • Must have the ability to learn new systems that may be launched into the department.
    • Ability to recognize trends and communicate them to the management team with the appropriate sense of urgency.
    • Effective written and verbal communications skills required to conduct training classes and interact with colleagues and management.
    • The ability to document processes in a clear and concise manner for team members and other departments to understand.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s Degree from a four year college or university required. Master’s degree preferred.
    • 2 years of training experience
    • 2 years of quality assurance experience
