Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Zuid-Holland Netherlands.
This organization is internationally family company specialized in dairy. It is an ambitious and innovative company where ambitious people feel fast at home.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
This quickly growing company is looking for a QHSE Manager. You will be mainly responsible for the transition of the current Quality Division to a QHSE department, thereby developing and implementing the strategic QHSE policy. This project is for a time of 6 months and has the possibility to be extended.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a QHSE Manager your main tasks wil be leading and coaching the QHSE department, consisting of 7 employees.
Other tasks are:
- Contact person for external (international) relationships, such as customers, suppliers, certification bodies and government agencies
- Optimize the awareness and involvement of QHSE in the workplace and be able to create support for it
- Report to the CEO
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc in Food Technology
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the QA department in the food industry
- Knowledge of ARBO and environment laws
- Fluent in Dutch, English and German
