Our client is a professional Chemicals, Food and Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.

The company is a bakery company with several well-known products. It has its own brands and also supplies private label, both domestically and internationally.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The QHSE Manager will build up and implement the company's strategy on food safety, product quality, health, safety and environment. The company is in the middle of professionalizing its organisation, and Quality is one of the pillars which will need to be developed. This is therefore a role which offers a lot of freedom and the ability to leave your mark on the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain a high level of product quality and HSE policy.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Food Technology, Analytical Chemistry, or similar.
- At least 5 years of experience with Quality Assurance and/or QESH in the food industry.
- Experience with HACCP, BRC, IFS, RSPO and UTZ.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
